Cenizo Flats Apartments

I love it here! From: chelseableu Date posted: 1/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I moved in September 07 and I had all of these little problems that I had to deal with in order to move. They helped make it happen! They were able to have my apartment ready for me a day early so I could have my family help me move in. Also I love the grounds they are always so nice and everyone who lives around me is so great. I never have trouble parking, the gates always work like they should, the pool is small but at least it has some charm about it. The maintnace person Eric is so great, he always gets to my apartment very quickly and fixes it the first time. Kim is so great as well, she always is there to help and get the ball rolling on things. Heather, I just lover her! She is so sweet and helpful all the time, every time. She goes out of her way to help the residents, I have experienced and seen it first hand. Also, I rented the club house for my boys birthday party in December and it went so smoothly. The club house looked great and it was clean. I love it here, I have lived in a lot of apartments and they have never been as great overall as Cenizo Flats! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
