Cenizo Flats Apartments

Nice living for San Antonio From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Been here almost a year - so far, so good. Haven't had any maintenance issues. More expensive than the last place I lived but worth it. There are nice unexpected features like stain-resistant carpets and soundproof sheetrock. The complex doesn't drain well so the grass and sidewalk are always damp and a little green. Even with my allergies it hasn't been a problem for me. My only complaint is that they allow big dogs; a few times they have been let out without a leash and run at me, and sometimes the barking is annoying. I haven't had any problems with the staff, but they work really short hours and take long lunch breaks, so it's inconvenient if you want to talk to them face to face. They do actually answer the phone when they're there. My significant other says they like living here too. It's quiet, with nice outside areas, good location, and people are pretty friendly. Having lived in other San Antonio area apartments I'd say this is one of the best.
