I have been living at Cenizo for almost 3 years, and the only reason is I am moving to different city because of my job.

I still love the place. Repairs done promptly, and the mangers always take care of things. As of noise yes, it is coming from proximity of the airport, and sometimes just from noisy neighbors.
As other reviewers noted, the dogs become problem. The big dogs are sometimes unleashed, and too many dog s waste appear on the sidewalk. I even encounter it between staircases. The problems are not just dogs, but the irresponsible owners, and there is no way management can fix it except either increasing dogs deposit or banning dogs on the property.

I agree with you. I do love my apartment. I've been living there for 2 years now. The only thing I think they need to do is clean up the halls & stairways. They have gotten really ugly lately. It would make the complex look that much nicer if they cleaned that up.

The way kim works, I'm not sure common areas will ever be cleaned. Inside, yes. Outside, no.

you must not live here "daytraitors", or you would know that Kim has been powerwashing the property herself! don't you have something better to do than bashing people who work hard to meet the needs of others day in and day out? I have never had a better renting experience than Cenizo Flats, and it is due in large part to the tireless efforts of their always professional, charming staff.

It seems daytraitors DOESN'T have anything better to do but to personally bash people, because they have made childish remarks at other reviews as well! haha.
