Very quiet for city living. Heather is very helpful and on top of any situations as soon as they are brought to her. Parking is great during the day, a little hard to find once the sun goes down. I really love the garden tub. The property is very charming and very pretty landscaping. Some people do not clean up after their dogs but that is not the norm. Most of the residence seem very respectful of others.
