i lived here back in 2008-2005.the place wasnt that bad. the new management was nice and WAS making improvments. u get what u pay for, especially living in a low income place. it had central AC. i only had to make 1 wk order on that. and all it needed was free-on. after that it was fine. there's no carpet. so when it's cold during the winter that blows. the closet in the 2nd BD RM doesnt have a door. the master rm however does have a walk in closet. the living room didnt have a ceiling light. so bring a lamp. the rooms r standard sizes. i did love the book selves. the rest room water presure did suck. so if your like me,n loving taking long hot showers. 4 GET IT! u have to hurry up otherwise if u waste it all. the next person will be paying for it with getting cold water. the water heater busted once. and the manitance came out asap. n it was fixed the next day.the paking however does suck. so good luck on that. the gate does need to be fixed.u can hear all the car hitting the steel coming or going on the 2nd entrance. other than those little errors. the place is live-able and do-able.
