I HATE CHAPEL RIDGE From: munge8 Date posted: 8/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have been living in Chapel Ridge Apartments since March 2004 and it has been a nightmare since I have been here. First off my move in date was March 7th I had sign the lease since February. When I showed up they didn't have my apartment ready. They apologized for the inconvenience and took 16 dollars off my rent. I hate to wait outside with my u haul until 8'clock at night waiting for the carpet to get done. July my washing machine broke and it took them a month to get me one that finally worked. I have maintenance men coming in and out of my apartment without notification that they are coming in or had even been there. The manager really sucks all she cares about is money. She doesn't give a damn about her residents. People like her, without any management skills at all or even people skills for that matter should not be managing an apartment complex. There is nothing good I can say about this apartment complex. People should really be warned because all they are doing is wasting money if they move in here. By the way I got $10.00 off my rent for being without one for a month. I can't wait to get out of here.
