Do not move here. The apartments are old and if anything breaks they will not fix it. The neighborhood is very dangerous. I don't go outside at night without someone with me. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up. The management is rude, they had fees in the contract that they didn't tell me about until I showed up with all my stuff, and they "lost" my WRITTEN move out notice and would not honor the date of my original notice. The woman that manages the apartment complex doesn't take responsibility for what a shi- place it is or anything else for that matter. The managment and the Lynd Company are indifferent to any problems and refuses to take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. The floors and ceilings in my apartment are not stable. The ceiling SHAKES when the people above me walk. I filed a complaint with the LYND management company and they basically called me a liar about all the problems that occur at the complex. I will never move into a propery managed by the Lynd company again or Chapel ridge for that matter. Do not be fooled by the amenities that they provide. It is not worth the stress of living in such a dangerous place where your management sux, the neighbors are scary, and the ceiling may fall through at any minute. I have never seen a more poorly managed apartment complex.

I once filed a complaint with the Lynd Company and David Lynd blamed the owner of the property and not his bunch of incompetent dorks.
