Don't move in Here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The office staff is horrible here. When I came here to look at apartments they lied to me, threatened me, and violated my privacy rights. First, they stated a letter from my employer was sufficient for proof of income, since I had just moved to town. However the next day, they stated they couldn't accept the letter after all and there would be no refunds of security deposits. Then they stated my girlfriend would be considered a resident if she came to my apartment 6 times in a row. I told them she would not be living with me, and they said they consider anyone who visits one apartment 6 days in a row a resident and that they watch for these things. The apartment staff then began discussing my credit report with my friend over the telephone. When I went to the office and told them they could not do this the response was, "I heard your voice in the background, so it was ok". this was a clear violation of the privacy act. Threats, shady dealings, and unprofessional staff is what you will be coming into if you move here. Stay away!!!
