Miserable Apartments From: modernsurrender@gmail.com Date posted: 6/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This place is afwul. I had a 14 month lease and got stuck here after another apartment owned by the same company screwed me over. That should have been my first warning. The people seemed nice though and were willing to help. Living here has been hell though, we go with out water randomly and never get an honest answer about when it will be back or warning about it going out. It took 4 maintence visits to get my water heater fixed shortly after I moved in, and I've had 3 visits to fix my ac where they just say turn it off for a while and turn it back on and it'll be ok. It's broken again and it's over 90 in here now. The appliances are old, the people are rude, and our car got broken into on Christmas night here. That last positive review is practically a page out of their add and they're sales pitch when they try to get you to move here so it's clear that it came from someone associated with the property. It's not safe, the service is awful and the place is a dump. And as for the "lower electric bill" we pay almost 200 a month because of the crappy AC and the massive windows.
