Buyer Beware From: syntheticintel@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am a student and have lived in apartments for more than 7 years. These have got to be by far the worst apartments that I have ever lived in period When I moved in, I was shown an apartment, the one that I actually moved into was nothing like that one. It didn't even have a fan in the bedroom and the ac vent in the bedroom didn't work. I figured the roof had raccoons and they ate up the duct, but nobody came out to fix that, or the leaky roof which dripped water on my turntables and mixer. Drug dealers staying below me and a guy manufacturing amphetamines to the apartment right beside me. He got arrested and moved out. My car got broken into twice, ghetto people all over the place. I mean if you like that sort of environment then go ahead and move in, but most people rather come home to find all their belongings right where they left em.
