Must be run by Baboons!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My nephew has lived there for a year. The fun started with the ac not working, said they fixed it three times, well it ran constantly and his electricity bill ended up being $175, after much complaining they agreed to pay part of the bill, of course his apartment was like a steam room the whole time. The tolet took 2 weeks to get fixed. The real fun came when he decided to move closer to school. They dont tell him anything about renewing a lease they just had him check a thing saying he didn't want to renew lease, so he is thinking I will move out on July 7, well come to find out he has to give them 60 day notice, never hear of that long. So his parents say well ok we will pay July and august rent. Someone shows up at his apartment on July 10 saying you were supposed to be move out by now. Well after many calles to the apartments and home office, no replys of course. His parents get that cleared up, so they think. He calls them yesterday saying there is a note on his door he owes the apartment $228 or they will change his locks on Friday. Many unanswered calles later they finally find out " well we raised the rent to $728" So now he is getting all the utilitys shut off on July 27 and he has to pay August rent. What a bunch of morons. Of course I feel bad because I lived there from 1988-1991 and it was great back then. I really think there are people just wanting extra money and figure we will just scare the college kids, hell parents are used to paying for bill after bill from college, and no one will notice. Well they do. They need to get everyone that works there gone and start over. Do not rent here I give them a -1 score. I worked at an apartment complex for 2 years and I know all this stuff if just totol crap.
