hello all,
while the price, and the front view of the complex might be good. the staff (at least when we started to rent) are not organized at all. we didn't get our mail key until 3 weeks into our stay here. also our door leaked at the top when it rained (though they have fixed it now, it took them 2months) plus our front window is still leaking. while we have stayed here there where other minor problems, though they are all fixed now, some took 2 or more weeks to get fixed and most a letter directly to the lynd company. we have never been late on any payment and have sent in all our work requests typed out and signed, handed directly to the office. because of these above grevences we will be released from out stay here ar chpel ridge and be moving on... we do not falt the lynd company, just the local owner of chapel ridge.

my noisy dryer has not yet been replaced after 3 months. Have sent so many feedbacks to Lynd company but nothing happened so far

Are you released from the lease with a 60 day notice? Or were you able to just say "I'll be out at the end of the month". I've also had many issues, and I really want out of my lease. I've called code compliance, I've sent certified, registered letters, I'm at my wit's end.
