I used to live in Chase Hill. The apartment management team are always rude. I was not given the deposite back and I have a couple of friends who were charged $700 extra for leaving the carpet stained. Both of my friends were harassed by phone and they couldn't get into another apartment until they paid it off.

This reviewer moved out in 1997. Something tells me that the same people he dealt with no longer work here. The current staff is helpful and nice, they know you by name and know where you live. About the sad story of the deposit for the carpet...well, all I have to say is a got a new carpet when I moved in, and if the previous resident stained the carpet, I am only glad they were "harassed" until they paid for a new one to replaced the one they damaged. It is only fair.
