So so starter From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001 1 response   If you need a place near UTSA and cannot afford a whole lot, this might be your place. It is old, slightly run down, and management is not that nice. You will constantly be afraid that someone will break into your car or your apartment. The worse place I have lived in San Antonio, so far.
