Chase Hill Apartments

I like living here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Hello I am a resident for 2 years now and I like Chase Hill. Although there has been a few problems,all my past apartments have, I like the management and maintenance crew. As I was reading the comments on this site, I really want to encourage the people who are satisfied with Chase Hill to tell everyone the good side, you never hear the good side. For Example, Chase Hill will always send me a Maint. Survey after they have been in my apartment. And it's not just at my door because I see them hanging on many doors. I had a problem with noisy and dirty neighbors who were UTSA students and every time they opened their door I can see how messy they were living,plus their patio was constantly full of mess.They got notices all the time!!It's no wonder most of these people don't get their deposit back. I can just imagine what management finds when they walk these apartments after these students move out. I can see that Chase Hill is currently going through painting renovation and they just renovated the pools, thank you so much, I use the pool a lot. Yes I did have a friend who lives here that had their car broken into but so did my other friend who lives down the street. Crime is everywhere you just have to be smart enough to watch out for yourself and take precautions. No one is safe anymore. I just renewed my lease for another year and I plan to stay until my studies are completed. Everyone in the office stays helpful, cut them some slack sometimes, if they are rude maybe they just had a bad day, I can just imagine all they must have to deal with-people jumping off the roofs into the pools, pool furniture, rocks thrown in the pool,cars slamming into the gates, Didn't you get the memo' The gates were open because our fellow neighbors were vandalising them. We have to help Chase Hill catch these people! I have tried myself. All of us need to get together and actually show up at The Crime Watch meetings and act like we care. We are so quick to judge but not willing to help out. Let's help out. Oh yeah I checked with the office no one by the name of J.P Martinez works for them, so thanks J.P Martinez for stating the truth. And like the other resident on here, I will report you if you move by me and you are being a pain.
