Chase Hill Apartments

Poor maintenance and obnoxious property manager From: UTSA Date posted: 9/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have living in Chase Hill for many years,but I feel its management and maitenance getting wrose year after year. Everytime request a maitenance, need to wait for weeks or never be fixed. Do not expect that you could get any buck of your deposit back after moving out, even you could be fined hundreds dollors. Also the discount for moving is low ($50) or none, and the rent is over the market rate for this more than 30 years old apartment.Especially the property manager is constantly lying and her attitude is very bad. I encourage the students of UTSA to boycott Chase Hill Apartment.
