A wonderful apartment community. Built in the 1960's, when quality was the standard, these apartments have been well maintained.
They are spacious, with bedrooms the size of other modern apartments living rooms. The maintenance staff are punctual and courteous. The pool is large and clean.
Neighbor noise is virtually non-existent.
Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a large, unique home to consider The Chelsea.

Not quite the wonderful apartment community of 2000-2003, as quality of living is diminishing quickly. As layout living arrangements are excellent, maintenance and office staff are far from punctual. Response to customer service are routed to answering machines and maintenance crew is busy with other properties from new owners. When we moved in 2004, property presentation had flower beds and better kept. Maintenance crew was excellent with puntuality, not anymore. Still a quiet and nice community, it is a nice place to live if we can do away with poor property-managment.
