While I think the staff itself was very helpful and considerate, there were a lot of problems with safety around the complex. Because it isn't gated, anyone can get into the complex right off the highway. I had my truck broken into one night and all my stereo equipment stolen, both door handles broken off the doors. I had the officer tell me that it was just a bad area to live in. Less than a month later, after having to install an $850 alarm system on my truck, it happened again! This time the alarm went off so they didn't get inside the truck and I ran downstairs just in time to see them speeding away. However, I had to replace another door handle. My neighbors saw nothing because it was the middle of the night. There were a lot of drug deals going down in the parking lots at night, and I'm not one to normally recognize something like that. There is a lot of noise from the highway and planes flying over constantly because the complex is fairly close to the airport. The walls are thin and you can hear everything happening with your neighbors. There was a woman who lived behind me and screamed like she was dying at all hours of the day (apparently she was praying), but management wouldn't say anything to her because it was a religious issue. Excepting her, all the other tenants that I met lived very quietly and were extremely friendly and helpful. The main thing that I liked about my 1 bedroom apartment is that it had PLENTY of space for my stuff. It was 769 square feet which is awesome for the price. I don't think I would recommend living here unless you have no concerns about theft and want to save money.
