I can say that these apartments are not the best living condition that I have encountered nor wish anyone to encounter. I have holes in my ceiling, walls and the tile is falling apart. I brought this concern with the maintence man himself but he laughs like it is some type of joke. I hear that he has family members lives here and the manager's mom lives here too. I hear plenty of "drama" coming from there parts as well. I am a quiet member from this ghetto community the children have no supervision and the playground is filled with beer bottle tops which is highly dangerous for the children. I seen children walking alone in the streets or sitting the on the curbs without parental supervision. All I can say is that these apartment are terrible, they are highly dusty and the carpets are from the 70's. I even had to change my a/c air fliter out every other month but they say that is the maintence man's job to do it. He hasn't been in my apartment except to make hole in my wall. We are not required to have anything outside our apartments and have a sticker which states our apartment number on the corner of our car, for the maintence man he has a double parked parking spot no sticker for his ghetto brand new car, a bbq pit out side of his apartment and his lawn and water holes are a mess. I know we live in the west side of san antonio but we don't have live like it.
