I lived at Chisolm Trace for some years. I did not always feel safe; I was threatened by anothr resident on one occassion, knew of a young lady who was beat by fellow residents, and was approached on more than one occassion about drugs. Thankfully, we never had any issues with being robbed; I suppose everyone knew that others living there had no more than they and so left other residents alone. Maintanence is better than in some places, but isn't top quality. Office staff has a tendency to dislike some people and hold grudges.
