I have been at Chisolm Trace apartment for a little over three years now. I think the apartment complex itsself is very resonably priced for the size and location of apartments. I also have had my fair share of run in's with Mrs. Smith in building 6. I try to keep my distance far from that cursed building and feel sorry for it's occupants having to live so close to a witch. I hear if you catch her tears in a jar you will live forever. But in all seriousness overall it is a great place to live. I call it Chisolm without a Trace because that would be what you get if you ever have a maintence problem. No trace of any kind of maintence. The maintence crew is run by team of the sweetest men I have ever met. However, they do not do there job. The Leader of the crew Daniel is very kind and sweet but is unable to perform his job duties due to health issues and age. The second of the duo is a nice young man but he is lazy and never shows up to work leaving all the responsibility on Daniel who can't get the job done. If I were running these apartments I would clean house starting with the office crew. They seem like they have never run an apartment comlex before and lack professionalism. I have often heard the two women that work in the office discussing residents private issues in the open for everyone to hear. So if you don't mind people knowing everything about you its a great place. The unprofessionalism shown to me on more than a hundred occasions have made me come to the conclusion corporate must not know what is really happening here. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
