Churchill Estates Townhomes

Great deal for the price From: Jimmy_Knax Date posted: 10/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   At first look the Churchill Estate Townhomes may look like they need a new coat of paint, (which they do), but don't let that take away from the other wonderful features they provide. The inside is spacious due to the fact that they are all lofts creating a very high living room ceiling that gives the illusion of more space. Not to say that the space is only an illusion. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath is around 975-1000 square feet and the rent is only $660/month. The community is fairly small and quiet with all age groups being represented. The units have small backyards that are great for friendly get gatherings and most come equipped with washer and dryer connections. Ours even has a screened in porch! By the way, the maintenance is very attentive. The property is a little older than some but overall its a great deal for the price. Oh, one more thing, if you don't like airplanes then you might want to consider elsewhere. We're right in the flight path of the San Antonio Airport. All flights stop at midnight, so unless you hit the sack early then it really isn't that big of a deal. Your right off of Blanco, about a mile from Churchill H.S. which is a very good school in a good part of town. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
