I have lived here for 2 years when I first moved in the gates worked for a couple of months. Now that back in July a neighbor of mine got assualted and his apartment broken in the complex wants to have the SAPD dept. come and talk to us about safety and to please be good neighbors. They fixed the gates 2 months after that and are they working now no they were broken in less than a week. The maintence is pretty good to fix someone but the three times my hot water hasn't work for 4 days was a living nightmare didn't they try to help you all they could say was they're working on it right now they will have it fixed by tommorrow do you know how hard it is to take a shower with cold water. HUH on top of that my refrig. and dishwasher suck talk about gross and how old they are I don't even want to buy groceries to stick in there. The good thing is I'm moving at the end of this month and I can't say I willn't miss all the thugs that hang around and all the fire trucks and ambulances that will pass by at least once a week.
