False advertising, DEFINATELY! Limited access gates, non existant. Crime, always! From break-ins(vehicles/homes), home invasions, rapes, it's never-ending. Not to mention the poor management staff. Ever since they have had a new manager the place has relly gone down the dumps. I don't even think they screen these people coming in.

I couldnt have said it better. The past couple of months It has become harder to be here than being lost in the south Bronx! At least there some one will come to help you.

this place has always been bad. the new mgr seems really nice and caring but she is only 1 person, it is going to take an army to fix this place. The area has totally gone down hill. If the apartments are running specials it is because they need tenants and they will let anyone in. I had a friend try to move and get denied because of her credit, so it is not them letting anyone in, it is what is around the area
