I have seen much improvement in the last 6 months. I am a long time resident and I love the new office staff. The mgr has been there sinec summer and she finally got rid of the rest of the office staff. She tries really hard at pleasing everyone and wants to do the right thing. She has the new staff thinking that way too. Maintenance is really getting better. Some are new, some have been there forever. The grounds are gorgeous with flowers and I always see staff around walking and cleaning. The gates work only half the time and Mondays are really bad for trash but overall I have seen a big improvement. The residents that live here are good and bad. People here just do not take pride in where they live. Just alot of lazy people throwing trash all around and not caring. Crime is not bad anymore, I do laundry late at night and workout at the fitness center and I feel safe. I see the safety patrol around alot and that makes me feel good. It is reasonably priced and they have installed all new appliances and flooring in my apt and my frineds apts that live here. The location is convenient and I plan to stay.
