I gave them my deposit back in October. I was supposed to move in, in mid-November when they told me the people that lived in the apartment I was going to get had decided to stay. So they moved my move-in date two weeks so I could get another unit. Same thing happened again, but this time they didn't even tell me I wasn't going to get it. I found out because when I called CPS to get connected, they told me someone had called in from the same place about 2 weeks earlier to extend their services. When I called the office they gave me the runaround. I'm trying to get my deposit back but they're being real A-Holes about it.
A complaint to the Better Business Bureau has been filed. These people don't care about you or anyone.

These people did the same thing to me. I waited three months for the unit I wanted. I was told on a 104degree day with my moving van and two pets they hadnt cleaned anto to wait a weel. I had no place to go. They had all my money. So they showed me an apartment as I looked close there was a hole in the bathroom sink on the side. The former tennant had droped a lit log and burned the carpet. The refridgerator interior was held together with duct tape was . Burn marks on the counterand the disposal was full of secews bolts and broken glasss. I freaked. They put me into a diferent layout than I wanted. Not cleaned from former tennant. They wouldnt refund my money Four units I was transfured into.Never tried to make things right only gave me those crapy cookies.
