As A former resident I left due to a fire down stairs My car was dammaged by a hit and run Ford f150 . My apartment wasnt painted or cleaned before I moved in. I was moved into several units because of the unit I was to get was unlivable. The shampooed the carpet and put 4 boxes of family pictures on the carpet the boxes soaked up the water and were ruined. My apt was vandalized. The news did a sory about it. I moved out and had three friends clean . I left it spotless. they reported on my credit $1.100 for leaving apt in ruins. I sent pictures of how I left it. It didnt matter. I have had trouble finding an apartment because of them and there lies. They also charged me for dammage from former tennant when they kaep telling me the maintance people will be there to fix things. Ha. They wont even acknowledge the apt contionon sheet I filled out when I moved in. And it was signed by the manager. Dryers hardly ever worked. Washers wer broken for weeks at a time.
