I've lived at Churchill Park Apartments for over 5 years. Right now I'm enjoying a fire in the beautiful fireplace as it's about 39 degrees outside.

I've lived in other places where raw sewage was running into my bathroom from upstairs and/or coming into the tub, and the management thought nothing of it, and did nothing about it!! I have definitely been there, and this complex is nothing like that. If something in my apartment needs to be repaired, I turn in a work order or simply pick up the phone, and depending on the crisis level of the maintenance problem, it always gets done in a timely manner.

As far as safety, I don't know how all of the incidences listed below have escaped me. Hmmmmm, I've always thought I had a guardian angel...

Anyway, I've moved into 3 separate (larger) apartments here over the years and have always received back my full deposit. Of course, I left them spotless, so that helps.

All-in-all I've been quite happy here. For a complex with such a small staff, to accommodate the needs of tenants from over 400 apartments is quite a feat. I'm sure that some of the comments from the other raters are valid, but some of them may have failed to look at the big picture when rating, as well as failing to remember the great price!! These are not luxury apartments where you can expect to be waited on hand-and-foot. They're just nice, clean, well-maintained apartments at a great price if you're on a budget. Not a bad price at all for being right next door to Castle Hills!
