Terrible

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
These apartments are so bad i dont even know where to start.Well the neighbores are all noisy and ghetto.Its really hot there.Air conditioning does not work at all,and maintenance'What Maintenance'there are many ants and roaches there to even handle.
