Had a 6 month lease, thank goodness I didnt resign. There are no basketball courts! And there is no Central Air system, its a water cooling system!!! So when water gets shut off, prepare for the heat! Apartment inspections were supposedly done, i say supposedly because if they were, they would have caught eye of the old valve behind the toilet, instead the valve busted and my whole apartment got flooded!!!! then needless to say, they replaced the valve. Incident could have been avoided but due to carelessness and plain lies...it wasnt. Parking area lights have not worked for 3 months, so if someone lurking in the parking lot, good luck. If u have problems with other residents they only get worse because management will notify those residents which intern upsets them and then they come harassing you for going to management. Management is really crappy, Manager is so self absorbed wouldnt spit on ur apartment if it was on fire. If you rent here...good luck. And enjoy having the roaches, ants, and occasional bats for room mates. :-) One more thing if you pay rent like i did and arent on housing, more luck to you...cause then they really never fix anything because you doing have housing to complain to and back you up.

See the new mgmt is even ------ to the Section 8 renters. THey just keep asking u for a list of repairs and never do them. I wish all I had to deal with is bugs lol and the air never works here. Should of named this place Caropla Hills.
