Well where do I start' Maintenence fixed my fridge 6 times and it STILL freezes everything! But will they replace it' NOOoooo! They finally switched it out with a fridge in an empty unit (so some other poor fool will end up with it!) Utility bills are outrageous. All the bldgs need major maintenence done on roofs, foundations, etc. This place is NOT being maintained. Sorry, but a new coat of paint won't hold them together! The carport lights are always out, it's pitch black at night and scary as hell if you get home late! Half the stray cats in San Antonio live here! One neighbor has ten cats she lets run loose, and management won't do anything about it! Cat poop everywhere, and so many dead and mutilated birds that it looks like pet semetary! ALWAYS problems with broken water pipes. And the losers that run around here late at night are scary! Not to mention that a few weeks ago two women were assaulted, and the apartment management never put out a notice to warn tenants...they tried to cover it up instead! My apartment was broken into twice, and my truck vandalized as well. So if you are thinking of moving here, think twice!
