Rude management NO POOLS! From: CinnamonCreekSuks Date posted: 7/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 2 responses   The management and its team are rude as hell and don't give a crap about anything. We moved in with carpet that was not new. A 20 year old Air conditioner that didnt work and a heater that has a mind of its own and stinks up the house. They have 3 pools here! WOW thats great!!! NO IT ISNT! The pool by the office (main pool) is closed all day until 4:30pm. I assume this is to fool new residents into thinking this is a quiet peacfull complex, so quiet that nobody even uses the pool. It is *&%^ing HOT today, IT IS HOT! I can't take my child to the main pool cause its closed. I cant take him to the 2nd pool because its still closed for cleaning(closed 4 days) and the third pool is open but its filthy with all kinds of crap floating on top the water crap & piles of dirt on the bottom. All management could tell me was, sorry we don't make the rules. You'll have to call corporate. Well guess what its Saturday and the corporate office is not open, go figure!
