There was water in the kitchen after the rain storm . There were ant problem for months. The utilities were very high. Before moving out they told us that they would try to rent our apartment out and we paid over six hundred dollars on Sept 1 and we never heard from them after that. Now they are sending a statement that we owe 1403.23. They are liars at this apartment. The male employee said that was all we had to pay and i called several times and that is what he said. Now we get this statement. We are not paying at all. That is rip- off!!!!

Lived here?

I lived there back in 2002-2003. It was hell for my roommate and I too. We lived in a 2bd/2ba townhome. Her restroom ( the first floor)literally turned black each week with mold. She had to bleach it off every weekend. The only solution the office offered to not wanting the mold to be there was to buy a can of white spray paint to cover it up. According to them hot showers caused it to get moldy and it was not harmful. ( we videotaped the evidence in case we got sick down the road) Another major thing was the wall in the dining area had about 10 holes about eye level. Termites making their way through the walls. No wonder the boards creeked so much upstairs. The termites had probably eaten through most of the apartment. The office suggested that they weren't termites but wood ants. Like I dont know what a termite looks like?? ( we video taped the termites too walking to and fro) Oh and yes our water bill kept going up too just like everyone else has mentioned. Ridiculously high. So for those of you who can't stand Cinnamon Creek Apts. or are now forewarned and have decided not to take the risk, don't rent at Salado Crossing apts on Blanco Rd. either. They are just as bad if not worse. Both owned by the same rotten company, The Lynd Company. If only I had done my research. Well, that's one way to learn. On the other hand, I highly suggest Walker Ranch apts also on Blanco Rd. I've been living here for the last few months and I swear this is pure heaven!
