Cinnamon Creek Apartments

Ehh, I can't wait to move out From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I don't know about the other reviews. I mean, the place wasn't AWFUL, but the management definitely sucks, and the maintenance try hard, but are severely understaffed. There was a guy working in the office that would actualy steal peoples' rent and then send an eviction notice claiming you didn't pay. Luckily they fired him. The place is really old, and falling apart. I have several neighbors that have had ceiling leaks in their apartments, but I haven't. They spent all their money on new roofs, and some awful ------ new paint. I had a sink leak, and one of the new younger maintenance guys actually was very angry that I called at 8pm, and was slamming doors around and rolling his eyes. Right now, my a/c has been broken for two days, and it's sweltering. All in all, the management sucks, and the rent is waaaay overpriced for the quality of apartment you get.
