not good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/28/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   We lived in a one bedroom apartment at The Bluffs for almost one year until we convinced the management to let us out of our lease early due to a constantly broken air conditioning system and a perpetual mouse problem. A week did not go by that we did not come home to a dead mouse in a 100 degree apartment--not a good combo. I would highly advise anyone to avoid this apartment complex; the management is slow to react and only let us out of our lease when we threatened to take them to small claims court.
