the only thing good here is the pool From: startropic Date posted: 11/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We moved in here because of what we saw in the actual model, the actual apartment you get is something else. The management told us we would be getting new carpeting because of flood damage. It turns out they only paid the carpet company to change the padding underneith. We complained that the carpet smelled like urine so the management sent someone over to shampoo the bedroom closet only. All of our drains leaks and we have to turn off the water underneith the sinks to avoid a high water bill. I am currently in the US Army and it seems like the management grouped all of the active duty military in the worst part of the complex next to the broken fence and dumpsters. The air conditioning vents are moldy and its just a nasty place to live honestly, we did a test with the dishwasher, we put clean dishes in and it actually came out dirty. i would not live here if i were you and actually talk to some residents before you sign any lease
