the worst apartment living experience, ever

I love the floorplan and when I first leased the staff was nice.
The new management co. came in and this place has gone down hill faster than lightning.
On top of the rude staff, maintenance takes for-ever... and that is after several request, to the point, you will feel as if, you are harrassing them to get your stuff fixed properly.
The business center is the worst. the fax machine has not worked in 6 months, (I think all it need is a new ink roll...)
They use to have 2 working computers, where you could print and get e-mail. Now, there is one computer, but they've needed ink for at least 5 months and for the past 3 months, you cannot get on line...
they cannot seem to fix anything right.
The garbage is over-flowing all over the place.
But to top all of it, I had just accepted a new career offer and the company wanted to fax me some important papers, before I could start.
Claremore has 4different fax lines nad wait until you hear this...
Teresa, the regional actually called my new employer and told him I could NOT receive faxes here anymore. and threw Away my stuff. Can you imagine the embarressment of that one'
talk about embarresiing, this place has no pool to swim out, you can just se it from your balcony. It's been locked for 6 weeks.
Trash is every where. I just cannot believe how this company is driving this place in the dirt.
