Just a Positive Thought!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   You know living here at first was great. I have been a resident here for over a year. I first moved here last July. From July - DEC it was great. The old staff always made me feel at home. We had a great manager that really cared about the property and residents. She once told me she was big on follow up. She always made sure that any residents needs were followed up on. The 2 girls who worked with her were so upbeat and positive. You just felt the positive energy when you walked in. So inviting. I have to say for some reason or another that manager left. Since then this property has gone through termoil. I have stuck it out. I was there when some of our neighbors had a meeting by the mailboxes. I felt very bad for the office staff because they are simply following a chain of command. I am one to think outside the box and after witnessing a resident go off on someone new in the office I thought man, does she not understand that the office staff is just as frustrated and helpless as we are. The old manager that I loved told me that MBS is a good company but they work far differently.. Everything has to go through them for approval and until the approval happens the office staff is the front line. I bet that all of the staff hates waking up in the morning to deal with issues that have been going on since before they arrived here. Since the meeting at the mail boxes I have seen a dramatic improvment and I think that the team that is in the office now can make the difference. They just need to keep their heads up and bring back that positive vibe that lead me to make this my home, and I encourage all of the residents to stop in and meet the new staff. you will see that they are really trying their best to bring back all of the beauty. Maybe for the mean time we should have another meeting to see what we can do to help restore this place to it's full potential. I want to say thank you office staff for working as hard as you have been for us!!!!
