Disappointing

Moving back to San Antonio, I immediately looked for a place in Stone Oak since I learned this was one of the newer and safer areas to live in. Unfortunately, I signed a lease at Claremore. The management of course was deceivingly convincing and the move in rate was too good to pass up for this area...NOW I KNOW WHY! It is extremely disappointing to find that a complex with such potential is so poorly managed and continues to be so. I actually felt sorry for the property manager upon moving out because of his false sense of confidence and his own perceived wealth of knowledge and experience. He was more than happy to offer me a phone number to the corporate offices but what good does it do to voice your concerns to the very persons that have blind faith in the incompetent people they hire and retain to manage their properties' I felt sorriest for the office staff who is actually courteous and service friendly but who are absolutely not supported by the property manager. What a shame. Good luck to those who still reside there.
