pls dont move in ... from the moment we moved in the apt was filthy dirty and the carpets had urine spots on it.. it was ridiculous! smells nasty inside and well the faucets were missing (who does that') nothing gets done on time! FLOODING on the 2dn day we moved in!No wonder they are sooo cheap now!

Mine isn't cheap, I am paying $900/month for a two bedroom. I wish that I had never moved into this complex.

Have you though about calling the San Antonio Apartment Association, Texas Real Estate Commission or Health Department. If you remain quiet the management company might not respond. The best thing to do is to organize with community residents and begin a effort to contact govermental agencies who are able to respond to your problems. By the way, seems like a small staff for the amount of apartments that are located on the property. Don't let the management company maximize their Net Operating Income at your expense.
