Claremore Apartments

Don't live here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   When we first moved in nothing was cleaned. The carpets were not even vacuumed. Before we officially moved out and turned our keys in they entered our apartment and threw away at least 600 dollars worth of items. When we complained and tried to find out what happened. Leasing manager Franchesca Ramirez could not give us any information as to what we could do or who we could talk to, threatened to call the cops on us because we were 'harassing' her and told us to get the 'hell out of her office." Not a good place to rent from. Also our air conditioner was out for about two weeks in the 97 degree weather, which we were told 'was not a priority,' and our neighbors who has a 2 month old at the time were out of indoor plumbing for about 4 weeks before the problem was fixed.
