This was my first apartment and it will not be my last. I'd recommend living elsewhere if you can afford to! I saw a model apartment on the day of visiting which looked great on the inside. Outside grounds need work. Parking is terrible and so is security! The gate that was supposed to have been fixed with in 2-3 weeks of my move in is still not fixed and pointless (9 months later). I am actively searching for a new residence. A couple weeks ago a male was shot in the old parking lot next to the complex that was said to be gang related. Since I've been here I saw a guy openingly urinate on the sidewalk as I passed by...obiviously drunk! Police cars regularly come into the area! You can hear your neighbors in side your apartment! Hot water does not last past 5 minutes. I've had no water on various occassions and there was no notification of when it was down. You pay group percentage of the water bill which does not relate to how much you use the water but EVERYONE in the complex. I am so mad about moving here because the 1st just came and I paid rent and apparently today I have NO WATER AGAIN!! Management does not answer their phones. There is always trash on the grounds. I have a first floor and privacy is poor and you constantly have to keep the leafs that are blown on to your patio on a regular basis. The wood structure is very delapidated. The doors do not have good seals on them, you can see outside from the inside. The only good thing is the maintenance because everytime I call they are very nice which I am glad because things are just falling apart in this place. This complex has potential but needs new management, new grounds and a huge remake over haul.
