my husband and I just moved in 3mths ago and there is a long long list of problems that have already happened since we've moved in. We had leased out a washer/dryer before we moved in but did not recieved them until after 3wks and constent calling and asking for them.They were also a POS set. Then the dryer broke after a week of using it. No one came to replace it until 2wks later. We had ants when we moved in, but the pest control did nothing to fix except look around. I only got rid of the ants after buying ant spray and bait. Our AC broke down 3 times in one week. A disher had a leak and the maintance didn't come until September 17th(I had called the day we moved in-Aug 8th.)The walls are paper thin.Kitchen light went out.And for some reason sometimes the power goes off in the middle of the night. Then goes back on before daylight. If I had known this was such a dirt hole I would have ran the other way. Stay away..this place is a poop hole and it is not worth the headache!
