STAY AWAY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   When I first moved here in 2003 it was awesome..until....MBS took over. This management suck. They do not care for their residence, they treat you like you are nothing. Gates are always broken, trash left all weekend, cars getting broken windows and scratches. They took away the water fountain from the gym and the water machine. Not to mention the TV. They do not want to hear anything you have to say and they look down on you. Many people are moving out because they suck. So save yourself the time and look away. My lease is almost up and I rather say in a small one bedroom than what I have now. This place is not worth my money.
