Yo!

The management team (or lack thereof) leaves something to be desired.

We moved to the Colonade in April and we so excited. Unfortunately, the manager at the time was transferred asap (she was great) and the girls in there since can't seem to budget their time or get ANYTHING done. It took 3 MONTHS to get the MASTER shower to finally drain. (never got an answer as to why although the former mgr. attempted to kick me out of her office) Non responsive staff that DOESN'T communicate w/ tenants. very unprofessional and plain rude. icing on cake...pool has looked like a pond for a couple of weeks now. For such a small property, you would think that they could get a handle on the management.

I couldn't have said it better myself!!! Communicate, tell the truth, and manage your time better with the property problems! All the girls need to quit conversing in the managers office, get up, and take charge of the issues. Where are the maintenance people? Asleep in the vacant units?? If you're "waiting for the chemicals" to clean the pool....go fetch them from your sister properties. There's like 8 of them??? Duh!!!

have you ever thought that they have asked for them but really if one property has their chemicals on back order and the other property uses the same company doesn't it make sense that the other properties would be on back order, duh yourself buddy!!!

Hey dipshit...yeah you realisticresident! Right there is proof that the whole freakin' company can't manage these properties if ALL sister properties are out of chemicals...does that seem like the way to manage multi-family complexes. Oh, wait...did you come from another planet?
