I just returned from Iraq and was looking for a new apartment for me and my wife. I thought this seemed like a good place for us to live. We submitted an application for $134 and it has been three weeks and they have not responded. Everytime we call, they give us the runaround and have not returned any of our phone calls. Especially watch out for Yvette (Asst. Manager). She'll patronize you over the phone and tell you she will get back to you, but she never will. She is very unprofessional. If it wasn't for bad management, this apartment would have probably been a good choice.

Don't move in. It gets worse. I have lived here since August and from day 1 there have been problems. I had to argue with Yvette just to get a mailbox key. I was told I would get a garage and it never happened. I have requested mainenance several times for leaks and they have never come. Also, when I moved in, the apartment was not even prepped for us. There were three light bulbs that were out, nails still in the wall, the carpet was dirty. I think we have a mold problem as well. I keep getting sick. I know that you have lost 134, but it is better than living here. You should try Providence Estates. It is a nicer complex with townhomes and garages.

I agree, do not move in to these apartments. Luckily I only had to live there for 4 months. Multiple maintenance requests go unanswered and neighbors are always loud, sounds like they're in the next room. Management is friendly enough to your face, but never does anything to solve the problem.
