This apartment complex is run by terrible management.
The management is only available until 1 pm, but half the time they are not present.
Work order requests take more than 3 days for repair.
The complex is filthy, the apartments are outdated, and the appliances are from the 80s.
There are occasional homeless people from Broadway that walk into the complex and knock on your door.
It is not safe.The outdoor lights frequently go out without repair.
The "trash service" does not take all of your trash, even if it is just two bags sitting outside your door.
Do not put your trash out before 8 am because a small animal could eat it, and the trash men will not pick up the remains the next day.
Moving out is a hassle and if your not into haggling with the apartment complex management, DO NOT consider renting from these people.

The compound now has a new owner. We have a full time on site manager who is available from 9am to 6pm. The apartments are also undergoing an upgrade at this time to update the appliances and interiors. As for the other issues they have also been addressed and taken care of. We invite you to come out and take a tour of the community.

Funny . . .you have trash service. I have to take the trash to the dumpster myself where I live. Spoiled, lazy people!
