Connemara Estates is the most charming place to live. The buildings have beautiful brick exterior with shutters and private entries.There are wonderful oak trees and shrubs everywhere. The apartment was clean and in great shape when I moved in. It is an older property but you can tell it's been well taken care of. They offered us an assisned covered space at no extra cost. What a relief to not have the hassle of parking. I love the extras in my apartment like french doors, built in book cases and w/d connections inside. They send out a newsletter each month with prizes for early rent payers and a special little gift is always included. I've lived in a house before and this is the closest apartment I've seen to one. The staff is professional and really very friendly as is the maintenance. They appear to really enjoy the property too. The amount of square feet I get for the price really doesn't compare to anyone in the area. I would definately recommended this place to anyone. We came in from out of town and our locator told us this was the best place in a great neighborhood.........She was right!
