If You value air conditioning don't move here

It litteralaly took 4-5 work orders to get our air conditioning where our apartment would get under 85 degrees during the day. The drunk maintenance worker swore there was nothing wrong with the unit that leaked water all over our carpet and had the nerve to look pissed he had to work on an apartment on the weekend (the water wasn't a big deal either to them- we had to use a plastic dish to catch the water- Guess they don't care if the floor gets ruined). Finally after 4-5 work requests it was fixed. Apartments were beautiful at one point, very run down looking now. Shudders missing, cracks in cement, no lighting under carports that work, apartments very dark at night. Would I rent here again' No- I don't like to sweat or pay triple the amount everyone else does in the city for electricity....

I am the apartment manager and this sounds like an issue I need to adress. I was on vacation the latter part of the week and week-end. Will you please contact the office so we can talk? We are budgeted to be painted this year....yeah. It is scheduled around September when the kids are back in school. If carport lights are out I would appreciate knowing that too. I'll have the courtesy officer to a light check but calling it in to the office would be more effective in the interest of resolving it quickly. This is absolutely the best manager response I've read so far! Very professional.
I lived in this community as a kid and loved it. I'm seriously thinking of moving back when my current lease is up. ;)
