I was hesitant at first to sign a 13 month lease, but this is by far the most comfortable apartment I've lived in so far. The staff is more than willing to listen and very adequate and helpfull compared to other apartments in the area. Lots of renovating and reconstruction are going on, but it hasn't disturbed me once, and I feel that the pricing is reasonable for such a nice place to live. I feel safe and the landscaping is very nice. Only problem is exiting the complex on to Thousand Oaks because of the traffic. Other than that, I'm impressed and recommend this complex to anyone with kids or pets.
